Join our established Irelandpliance team, based in Dublin, as we seek an experiencedpliance professional to perform role of PCF-12 Head ofpliance for a JPMorgan MIFID Investment Firm, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). This role is ideal for a seasonedpliance professional who thrives in a dynamic business environment, enjoys a generalized role and is seeking to advance your career within a leading global financial services firm.

As apliance Officer Vice President within the Marketspliance Team, you will report to the Ireland Head ofpliance. The Irelandpliance team coverage responsibilities include various Irish regulated entities across the Markets, Payments, Fund Administration Services, & Custody and Depositary industry sectors, as well as contributing to regional, and global initiatives. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, and as part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drivepliance excellence and support the firm's strategic objectives.

Job responsibilities:
1. Perform the PCF-12 Head ofpliance role for a JPMorgan MIFID Investment Firm.
2. Conductpliance Risk assessments, including new product development and implementation.
3. Engage with regulatory bodies.
4. Report to internalmittees and Boards.
5. Provide appropriate, meaningful oversight and second line of defense (2LOD) challenge in relation topliance Risk matters.
6. Conduct monitoring and assurance reviews.
7. Prepare and review 2LOD Policies and Procedures.
8. Manage general internal stakeholder queries across all three lines of defense.
9. Analyze regulatory and market developments.
10. Participate in and contribute to regional, line of business, and firmwide CCOR initiatives and global practices.
11. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
12. 5+ years ofpliance related experience with track record of delivering high quality 2LODpliance oversight.
13. Strong knowledge and experience of EU and Irish financial services regulations, with specific focus on MiFID, Individual Accountability Framework/Fitness & Probity, Senior Executive Accountability Regime, and Outsourcing requirements.
14. An ability to work as part of a high performing team and independently.
15. Excellent attention to detail, organisational, planning and critical thinking skills.
16. Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and stakeholder management skills demonstrating a solution focused risk management decisioning mindset.
17. Deliver results with a high level of professionalism, self-motivation, and integrity.
18. Excellent written and spokenmunication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
19. Professionalpliance qualifications are desirable Professional Diploma inpliance (LCI) or working towards/ willingness toplete.
20. Previous regulatory engagement experience, ideally with the CBI and/or European Central Bank (ECB), would be advantageous.
21. Previous experience or familiarity desirable with relevant EU, UK and US regulations, particularly, MiFID2, Market Abuse Regulation, EMIR and Dodd-Frank.
