Job Purpose

Accenture, a global leader in professional services, is growing its Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. The Inside Sales Account Representative (ISAR) is a pivotal role within a global sales delivery team, designed to drive revenue growth through customer-centric sales strategies across diverse industries, products, and services. The ISAR leads renewal sales motions, identifies up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and drives new business adoption through high-volume outbound and inbound engagement. The role requires a deep understanding of various sales motions (e.g., B2B, B2C, enterprise, SMB), industry-specific challenges, and product/service offerings to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve revenue targets. The ISAR operates in a data-driven, technology-enabled environment, leveraging CRM tools, analytics, and market intelligence to optimize sales outcomes and contribute to organizational growth.


Responsibilities

* Client Engagement and Sales Execution: conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to predetermined leads, proactively pitching products/services to drive adoption and revenue growth; engage inbound inquiries with tailored solutions; present compelling value propositions; manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure with accurate forecasting.
* Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing client portfolios to maximize revenue and retention; personalize recommendations based on client goals and metrics.
* Campaign Management and Optimization: set up and manage campaigns, monitor performance with analytics, and provide actionable insights; collaborate with clients on ad creatives and configurations; troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless experience.
* Data Management and Reporting: log all interactions in CRM systems, maintain client data, and prepare regular performance reports; document trends and market intelligence to inform strategy.
* Market Research and Industry Expertise: research client industries and competitors; stay informed on trends, technologies, and regulatory changes; share insights with internal teams to improve offerings.
* Compliance and Professionalism: adhere to company policies and information security protocols; represent the company professionally and ethically; comply with SLAs and escalate issues as needed.


Operational Responsibilities

* Team Collaboration: collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure campaign execution and client satisfaction; participate in team meetings and share best practices.
* Self-Development: engage in continuous learning through training and certifications; stay updated on CRM, analytics tools, and sales technologies.
* Operational Discipline: maintain attendance and punctuality; meet or exceed quarterly quotas; travel as required within policy.


Skills Required

* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: strong verbal and written communication; ability to present and sell to diverse audiences; discovery conversations to uncover client needs.
* Analytical and Data-Driven: ability to interpret campaign performance and metrics; proficiency with analytics and CRM tools.
* Sales and Negotiation: consultative selling, closing deals, handling objections, and managing high-volume outbound/inbound calls.
* Adaptability and Resilience: flexibility across industries and sales motions; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple portfolios.
* Teamwork and Collaboration: cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Customer Orientation: client-centric approach with initiative and creativity in tailoring solutions.
* Technical Proficiency: CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales enablement tools, and Office; familiarity with advertising platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
* Language Proficiency: English C1; additional language proficiency (e.g., German, French, Spanish) desirable for global engagement.


Qualifications and Experience

* MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of sales experience (outbound preferred); 1-2 years managing B2B or B2C client portfolios with renewals/up-sells/cross-sells; proven quota attainment; French C1 required.
* Product/Service Experience (preferred): experience selling technology-driven products/services (SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, digital advertising, e-commerce advertising); familiarity with campaigns or subscriptions and CRM logging.
* Client Target Market Experience: experience with SMBs and/or enterprise clients; ability to sell to decision-makers across levels, including C-suite where applicable; understanding of industry challenges in technology, retail, e-commerce, media, or professional services.
* Preferred: 2-3 years in B2B tech sales focusing on enterprise accounts; inside sales experience with outbound/inbound; ability to manage 50+ accounts and growth; experience with SFDC, Clari, CPQ; background in customer success or account management.
* Education: secondary school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications considered in lieu of degree.


Operating Model

* Hybrid model: flexibility to work 5 days per week in office as required; must reside within defined boundary limits.
