We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to spearhead sales efforts in the Munster region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on new business opportunities and revenue growth.
* Identify, target, and convert new business leads while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to define and execute a growth strategy that aligns with company objectives.
* Lead the sales proposal process from preparation to submission, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client needs.
* Maintain an up-to-date customer database with accurate profiling, contact history, and engagement tracking.
* Generate accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
* Promote cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue across all product categories.
* Foster strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction companies, architects, and specifiers to secure specification and project alignment.
* Establish relationships with key architects and specifiers to influence design and product adoption.
* Work closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager to drive targeted growth in Hardware and Automatic Door Systems.
Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction-related sectors or technical product sales.
* Strong track record of exceeding targets and driving regional business growth.
* Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Tech-savviness and confidence in preparing detailed, accurate proposals and tenders.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
