Clinical Nurse Manager2 (CNM2) – West Cork Nursing Home
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager to join a well‑established nursing home in West Cork. The successful candidate will provide strong clinical leadership, ensure compliance with HIQA standards and support the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care.
This is a fulltime role in a medium sized nursing home with an established and stable workforce.
To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:
Active NMBI registration.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar work environment.
Previous CNM experience.
Excellent level of spoken and written English.
Courses or experience in areas such as gerontology, dementia, or infection control.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
