The Role
Reporting to the Project Dawn Learning & Development Specialist, the Learning and Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, delivery, and coordination of learning activities that enable the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA and a suite of new digital solutions. This role is critical to ensure that colleagues across Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Sales, Fulfilment, Finance, Pricing, Customer, and Operations teams are equipped to adopt new end-to-end processes with confidence.
As part of the dedicated Project Dawn team, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate training interventions, manage learning administration, and maintain project learning systems and materials. You will contribute to both the execution and sustainability of learning programs, supporting the transformation of business processes across Uniphar
Key Outcomes
* L&D Project Coordination: Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of all Project Dawn learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with project milestones and timelines.
* Learning Delivery Support: Assist with preparation and setup of learning environments, resources, and IT equipment; co-facilitate workshops and learning sessions as needed.
* SME & Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with SMEs and external learning partners to coordinate learning activities and manage training logistics.
* Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Gather learner feedback, track attendance, and capture data to evaluate the effectiveness of SAP S/4HANA and process-related learning interventions and improve future learning interactions.
* LMS & Tools Management: Support the uploading, maintenance, and tracking of all Project Dawn learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS) and other project tools.
* Communications & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for learning planning and coordination queries relating to Project Dawn, ensuring clear communication and escalation where appropriate.
* Sustainability of Learning: Support the rollout of continuous learning initiatives post-go live, ensuring resources remain up to date and accessible.
* Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate learner records, training schedules, and reporting dashboards to support project tracking and governance.
Key Skills & Experiences
* Experience in L&D Coordination: Prior experience coordinating training programmes, ideally within large-scale projects or system/process change initiatives.
* Learning Technology: Familiarity with e-learning, blended learning, virtual classrooms (e.g., MS Teams), and LMS platforms.
* Organisation & Detail-Orientation: Strong ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and reporting lines while maintaining accuracy.
* Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator who can build rapport and maintain effective relationships with SMEs, vendors, project leads, and learners.
* Adaptability: Flexible and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with shifting priorities.
* Facilitation Support: Experience in supporting and/or delivering training sessions in both formal and informal settings.
* Data & Evaluation: Ability to track and analyse learning metrics to support continuous improvement.
* Team Collaboration: A team player with the drive to contribute to the overall success of Project Dawn and the wider HR and business transformation agenda

The On-Demand business is a specialist medical supply business that sources and distributes pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumable supplies to healthcare professionals in over 160 countries worldwide. We have offices in Ireland, the UK, Europe, the USA and New Zealand. The company's main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO's and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties.

The role will be based out of our Greenogue, Dublin Office. There will be an element of hybrid working available, but this role may also involve travel to our global sites. It is important to note that we do not expect this job to be a '9 to 5' type position.
