2026: DG Ventures, The Year We Build a Sales Machine That Dominates

2024 broke records. 2025 broke them again and then exceeded. We've scaled beyond 250 people, launched new brands, accelerated existing ones, and expanded globally with offices in London, Dubai and South Africa.

To fuel this 2026, we're hiring 50+ sales professionals, leaders, managers, and support teams across marketing, accounts, and back office. Starting with Sales Executives, this will effectively double the footprint of our Mullingar Head Office. Job Purpose:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
* Maintain proper communication and transparency with our clients that uphold our company Core Values.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by following proper procedures and KPIs
* Collaborate with team members to ensure our Sales and Customer Service targets are met as a whole
* Keep ahead of industry trends to identify fresh opportunities, share ideas to improve
* Able to be part and shape the growth of our service and overall Travel companies
* Work closely with other teams to ensure that clients receive a cohesive and high quality experience throughout the entire journey.

Pay: €30,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
