Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Restaurant culinary standards
* Manage your designated section efficiently and independently
* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
* Support chefs with training and supervision
* Collaborate with the team to develop innovative dishes and refine existing recipes
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise en place within your area
What We're Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food presentation
* Passion for locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, creative environment
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Team player with excellent communication skills
* HACCP certification or equivalent preferred
* Please note - Candidates must be present and authorized to work in the Republic of Ireland
