We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Analyst to join our team and help shape a safer and more positive digital space.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing community guidelines, staying updated on clients' products and community standards, providing scalable solutions, analysing data to enhance user experience, spotting trends, escalating critical issues, and identifying workflow inefficiencies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have fluency in Slovenian (C1/C2) and English (C1), a valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport, in-depth cultural understanding, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
