We are looking for a passionate fashion retail manager who is used to working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to delegate effectively, manage a team, and work well under pressure is essential.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for daily operations of a fast paced retail store.Responsible for looking after your own team, training needs, monitoring their performance, processing deliveries, placement of stock.Recruiting and developing the management and sales team.Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring effective cost reduction and profit protection procedures are in place.Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresReport to Area Manager dailyDrive sales and maximise profit by analysing sales reports and targetsMeet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staffManage daily store operations by delegating efficiently and working with deployment plansPromote and maintain a high level of customer service at all timesWhat are we looking for?Previous experience of management in a retail fashion store (preferably 2 years).Must have a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.You should be highly motivated, energetic and show good leadership as part of a team.Must have experience in managing staff, doing rosters, deployment plans and having good delegation skills.Ability to analyse targets, KPIs, trends, merchandising.Have a passion for delivering a good customer shopping experienceComputer literate, POS, Excel etc.If you feel you are a good candidate for this role and are fully flexible, please apply with your CV.
