The Supervisor oversees daily operations of the department, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong sales performance, and compliance with brand and company standards. This role leads and motivates beauty advisors while maintaining a high-quality, on-brand customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the team
* Drive sales performance and meet department targets and KPIs
* Ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge across the team
* Train, coach, and mentor staff on products, techniques, and sales skills
* Manage schedules, attendance, and daily task assignments
* Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and stock levels
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
