Main Responsibilities
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property and construction sectors, with a particular focus on Multi-Unit developments.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Procurement teams to drive business growth.
* Tender Responses: Prepare and present tender responses, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of multi-unit and bespoke fit-out project opportunities.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business in line with revenue targets.
