Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our Blanchardstown office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of care assistants, ensuring seamless customer care and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate daily schedules of care assistants and resolve any scheduling queries in a timely manner.
2. Address operational issues arising from customer care calls and ensure all clients have a permanent care team assigned to them.
3. Liaise with Care Managers on start dates for new carers and ensure weekly allocated hours are accurate.
4. Ensure all clients are informed of schedule changes and all shifts are covered two weeks in advance.
5. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management by 12pm on the last working day.
6. Maintain open communication channels with care assistants, clients, and Care Managers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum one year experience as a Client Care Coordinator or similar role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and care assistants.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
