Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced & strategically focused Marketing Manager who's now looking for a new challenge in Co. Clare? Or are you looking to make a move up in your career & take on a lead role in marketing?
Our client, a major employer in the engineering & services sector in the Shannon region have now, due to increased business activity in their markets, created this new senior level Marketing Manager role & engaged with us in Cpl to help them fill it.
The Role:
The successful hire will report directly to the site based CEO, will be a key part of the overall commercial leadership team & will ensure continued success & growth across all relevant strategic marketing activities & projects.
More specifically you will be responsible for duties including - but not limited to - designing & delivering successful multi-year marketing strategies, leading both internal & external communications & branding projects, ensuring the alignment of online digital/social marketing activities, handling product/service launches & PR activities, coordinating sales focused marketing collateral, liaising with external partners (eg creative agencies), creating engaging content & championing a marketing mindset across the organisation.
Skills & Experience that we need:
* Third level degree qualified or above in Marketing or a closely related discipline. Additional relevant qualifications would be an advantage.
* 4-5+ years B2B/corporate marketing experience.
* Proven organisational & communication skills.
* Strong IT & data analytics skills.
* Ability to think creatively & create dynamic solutions.
* Own car/transport & full, clean driving license.
The Offer:
This is a permanent position with salary range depending on the candidates experience but is expected to range up to approx. 75k + benefits. As it is a permanent role within a large organisation, there is strong further career & salary growth expected.
This role will be office based for an initial training & onboarding period before moving to a hybrid mix of in-office & working from home.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
