Job Description:
The role of the Cloud Contact Centre Engineer will involve designing, deploying and configuring Amazon Connect cloud contact centre solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to implement scalable and secure customer engagement platforms.

• Programming And Scripting languages - Java Script Node.js Python JSON YAML SQL etc..
• Dev Ops And CI CD - Git Code Pipeline Jenkins or similar Deployment automation And version control for infrastructure
