Residential Conveyancing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Specialist to manage conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion of registration.
* Liaise with clients and third-party solicitors to handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including accounts entry and occasional shared reception duties.
* Prepare loan documents and arrange closings, while managing general file management, typing, and scheduling tasks.
The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing, with litigation experience being an asset but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
