Physiotherapist Service Delivery
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care through the Pectus Physiotherapy Service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and deliver an effective and efficient Pectus Physiotherapy Service based on assessment of needs.
2. Develop and administer operational procedures aligned with best practice standards.
3. Enhance skills to respond to changes in the work environment.
Management Responsibilities:
To participate in the management of the Physiotherapy Service as a member of the Senior Physiotherapy Management team in co-operation with the Allied Therapy Manager. To promote good working relationships through open communication.
Staff Management:
Lead by example a professional, dedicated, and punctual team. Encourage professional development through self-learning, formal courses, and in-service training.
Person Specification:
* A degree in Physiotherapy is required. Registration with CORU is mandatory. Membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists is desirable.
* Candidates must have at least 5 years postgraduate experience in Orthopaedic or Musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
* A suitable postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal practice is desirable.
