You'll be based in the Cork office of Colliers, located at 1 Horgan's Quay, in the heart of the North Docklands regeneration area, immediately adjacent to Kent Train Station and overlooking the River Lee.
It is headed by Philip Littlewood, a Chartered Surveyor of 30 years standing and an experienced mentor of graduates over the years.
Job Description
THE ROLE We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for property that is looking to launch and advance a career in the Irish real estate market, working with a leading global firm.
You will join an experienced valuation and advisory team, working on property valuation instructions for a wide range of clients, including banks, lenders, developers, investors and private clients and individuals.
You'll work on all property sectors, including retail, industrial, office, leisure, hotels and tourism, agriculture and specialist sectors.
You'll be exposed to rent reviews, lease renewals, rating, compulsory purchase and all valuation methodologies.
You will inspect properties, draft reports, research and analyse market information and input and manage internal databases and systems and gain experience in working with valuation software such as Argus Enterprise and Developer and Discounted Cashflows.

Essential requirements for applicants:
Must hold an SCSI accredited property degree and ability to obtain a PSRA licenseExcellent IT and analytical skills with particular attention to detailExperience in Argus Enterprise/Developer and DCF modelling an advantageGood communication skills – Written and OralAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team environment and to tight timescalesFull Driver's License Additional Information
