About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth store performance, and leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Support management with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
* Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
* Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.
* Drive sales and support the implementation of promotional activities.
* Monitor and maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organisation.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in a retail or grocery customer-focused environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
