Noel Group are currently looking for construction operative with experience in concrete and shuttering works, for work in Blessington, Wicklow. Key Responsibilities: Set up and dismantle formwork/shuttering for concrete structures (walls, columns, slabs, foundations) Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete Read and follow technical drawings and site instructions Ensure proper alignment and stability of formwork before pouring Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Support steel fixers with placing reinforcement (rebar) when required Carry out site preparation and clean-up Follow all health & safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards Skills & Requirements: Experience in concrete work and shuttering/formwork Manual handling Ability to read basic construction drawings Good physical fitness and stamina Knowledge of site safety practices Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong teamwork and communication skills Skills: Time management organisation construction operative
