Your new role As Associate Mechanical Engineer, you'll: Lead mechanical design and project delivery from concept to completion. Manage and mentor a small team of engineers and technicians. Own client relationships, prepare fee bids, and present solutions. Deliver technical reports, calculations, and BIM-integrated designs. Oversee project finances, resource planning, and quality reviews. Drive sustainability and commercial outcomes across your projects. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. 5+ years' experience in mechanical building services design. Experience leading teams and delivering complex projects. Strong client-facing and business development skills. BIM/CAD proficiency and digital engineering awareness.
