Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Our organization is seeking an ambitious and skilled Graduate Quantity Surveyor to contribute to our team in County Kerry.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for insulation works by analyzing market trends and client requirements.
* Support the tendering process by measuring and pricing materials and labor, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
* Monitor and control project costs, variations, and valuations by maintaining detailed records and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
* Assist in preparing interim and final valuations, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency.
* Develop and maintain cost records, producing comprehensive reports that inform business decisions.
* Ensure adherence to contractual and legal requirements, upholding industry standards and best practices.
* Support senior surveyors on live projects, providing expertise and guidance to optimize project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field from a reputable institution.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
* Full driving license, with a clean driving record.
