Job Overview:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will work closely with teams across the organization to understand challenges, improve processes and ways of working, introduce new technology and support smooth transitions when changes happen. You will report to the Change & Innovation Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Apply process analysis and business analysis techniques to identify and deliver improvements.
* Analyze current processes using structured methods such as process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process redesign.
* Elicit requirements from stakeholders using proven business analysis techniques including stakeholder analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design improvements that meet business needs including assessing feasibility of new tools and adapting team workflows.
* Gather feedback on implemented changes measuring impact through data-driven approaches leading change initiatives effectively facilitating adoption among various audiences within an organisation in accordance with established guidelines ensuring seamless delivery operations which result beneficial outcomes driving results orientated approach ahead highly focused solutions lead implementation practice efficient capacity skill set discovered align present objectively reflect viewed strengths under clearly defined context placed key particular responibilitiesto
