Senior Architectural Technologist Job

Our client is an award-winning practice with offices in Dublin, Galway, Sligo, and London. They work across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, healthcare, workplace, education, interiors, and urban design. As they continue to grow, they're seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established team in Sligo.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit.
* Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects.
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets.
* Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support.
* Ensure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards.
* Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery.
* Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
* Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing.
* Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations.
* Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation.
* Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence.
