Our client, a leading global FMCG multinational, is recruiting an experienced Facilities & Health & Safety Manager to leadhealth & safety (HS), facilities management, fleet operations and international assignee support across its Irish operations.

Facilities & Health/Safety Manager Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €80,000 €82,000 + 20% guaranteed bonus + extensive benefits package.
Location: Dublin 24 Key Responsibilities Health & Safety Management: Plan and implement programmes in line with Irish legislation and global standards; drive a safety-first culture and wellbeing initiatives.
Facilities Management: Oversee office and site operations, supplier contracts (cleaning, catering, postal, supplies), insurance and landlord relations to maintain safe, compliant and efficient workplaces.
Fleet Management: Manage company car programme including leasing, orders, accident procedures, tax/insurance queries, compliance and cost control.
International Assignee Support: Coordinate relocation logistics visas, work permits, housing, car provision with external partners.
Budget & Insurance Oversight: Manage budgets, renew policies and coordinate claims with Global Risk Management.
People Leadership: Supervise front-desk/admin staff; lead the Health & Safety Committee and Green Team; deliver sustainability and continuous improvement projects.
About You Degree in Facilities Management, EHS Management or related discipline is essential.
Current knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation with at least 3 years experience in administration/operations management is essential.
Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Proven expertise in fleet management, facilities, health & safety and cross-functional project delivery.
Strong communication and influencing skills with an assertive yet collaborative approach.
Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
