Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely and precise manner.
Key Responsibilities:

* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure proper documentation and authorization of transactions.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification (ATI) or possess equivalent experience. Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred.

* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Familiarity with accounting software systems.
* Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
