Our client, a growing organisation with operations across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional looking to join a supportive and collaborative environment while gaining exposure to a busy finance function.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounts payable function, ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices and credit notes
Managing supplier accounts and statement reconciliations
Performing payment and bank reconciliations
Resolving supplier and internal finance queries
Supporting payroll administration and related queries
Assisting with process improvement and automation projects
Maintaining strong financial controls and data accuracy
Supporting wider finance operations as required
About You
3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or transactional finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong Excel skills
Experience working with ERP or finance systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Stamp 4/EU passport
