**Job Summary:**
As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic store team and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and effective merchandise presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Collaborate with the store team to achieve monthly sales targets, ensure a warm and welcoming customer experience, and manage store opening and closing procedures.
* Presentation and Merchandising: Ensure stockroom organization, implement commercial operations and in-store events according to visual merchandising guidelines, and maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
* Inventory Management: Receive stock deliveries, label and secure items for sale, store them in the sales area, monitor stock levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Demonstrate respect for customers and colleagues, upholding professional courtesy at all times.
* Administrative Support: Liaise between the store and its partners (headquarters, suppliers, customers, security), and ensure the maintenance of the store environment.
* Team Development: Participate in new employee recruitment and support the development of existing team members.
* Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
