Job Title: High Salary Psychologist

Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement psychological interventions that meet individual service-users' needs by providing holistic assessment and direct support and guidance to service-users and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Planning: Provide support to students/service users and staff to identify personal goals and learning, social, emotional, cognitive needs.
* Psychological Assessment: Undertake appropriate psychological assessments using data from psychological tests, self-report measures, direct and indirect observations and interviews with students/service users and other stakeholders where appropriate.
* Psychological Intervention & Support: Design and implement high-quality, formulation-driven psychological interventions, therapies and supports based on appropriate conceptual frameworks, established evidence-based practice and Rehab Groups commitment to the principles of recovery, co-production, equality, diversity, dignity and respect.
* Practice Support & Systems Level Intervention: Provide support, regular consultation and guidance to staff to help them deliver high-quality support in line with best practice.
Requirements:
* Relevant Master's and/or Doctorate level professional qualification in Psychology recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
* Chartered membership (or eligible for) with the Psychological Society of Ireland or British Psychological Society.
* At least 3 years work experience in the field of Learning Disability/Autism/Mental Health/Physical or Sensory Disability.
