Job Role
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
* DIRECT customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks.
* Update customer information and sales needs using iPads, identifying potential sales opportunities, and handing over to suitable staff as required
* Cash handling involves processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. You will also balance cash at end of day and manage levels throughout the day.
