Job Opportunity

This is a 23-month onsite contract role with full benefits and bonus opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business leaders to define and manage program scope.
* Coordinate and drive participation and engagement at all forums.
* Develop and own the operations program schedule.
* Devise, document, and contribute to the creation of detailed work breakdown structure for operations.
* Manage programs and projects within the portfolio to facilitate staffing, resolve resource allocation conflicts, and monitor staff utilization.
* Implement effective communication strategies to execute leadership with specific emphasis on business objectives delivery.
* Promote good manufacturing and documentation practices.
* Support EHS/6S and ensure a proactive approach to health and safety.

Requirements:
Level 8 degree or equivalent,
At least 4 years of project management experience preferably in operations.
