What you'll do
Manage all reception duties as part of the Front Office Team.
Ensure guests are satisfied by promptly handling queries in a friendly, efficient manner.
Anticipate guest needs and provide service beyond expectations.
Apply strong knowledge of all front office standards of performance and delivery.
Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone in accordance with company service standards.
Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel is an advantage.
Team player able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Detail‑oriented with a desire to progress within the luxury hospitality market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English language skills.
Knowledge of the Hotsoft operating system is an advantage but not essential.
