A Bid Executive is a key role in the bid process, responsible for preparing tender documents and coordinating the bid process internally. This involves gathering response information to meet all deadlines and liaising with partners, associates, and business services teams to update content.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ experience within a professional services environment, with excellent written abilities and strong attention to detail. They should also have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to prioritize workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously, and high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender documents meeting submission requirements
* Coordinate the bid process internally, including gathering response information to meet all deadlines
* Liaise with Partners, Associates and business services teams in the firm to update content
* Work with the drafting software and content library
* Formatting to ensure top-quality proposals
* Identifying new tender opportunities
* Ensuring our internal tender tracker is updated to record all key proposal information
