Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of a Staff/Enhanced Nurse. This exciting opportunity is part of our team in Enable Ireland Adult Services, Thurles, Co Tipperary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with service owners to facilitate daily programs
* Provide nursing duties, assist with personal care needs, mobility, and support access to services in the community and virtual day service
Requirements:
* Nursing RNID qualification validated for working in the Republic of Ireland
* Registration with the Intellectual Disability Nurse Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
* One year and 16 weeks of relevant nursing work experience after graduating
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience working with adults in a day service setting
* One year's experience working with adults with disabilities
* Experience of working in a community setting
