Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking an
EMEA Labour Relations Programme Coordinator
to support strategic HR initiatives across the region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that shape organisational culture, enhance employee engagement, and support compliance across multiple countries. Flexible remote working arrangements are available.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate and manage labour relations projects across EMEA, applying project management methodologies to ensure timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
* Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, manage logistics, and maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft tools such as Planner, Project, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI.
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and communications for stakeholders; track follow-ups and support decision-making through data analysis.
* Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and employee representatives.
* Monitor project risks and issues, escalate as necessary, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
* Support the delivery of HR and labour relations programmes across the EMEA region.
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience in project coordination or project support, ideally within HR, compliance, or related functions.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Planner, and Power BI.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
* Analytical mindset with experience handling data and generating reports.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Familiarity with works councils or employee representation bodies is advantageous.
