About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to manage the administrative and logistical side of recruiting. You’ll be the glue that keeps the process running efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
* Coordinate and confirm phone and in‑person interviews, ensuring schedules run smoothly and candidates have a positive experience.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and data within the Applicant Tracking System.
* Handle candidate and internal inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes, from small enhancements to larger initiatives.
* Support special recruitment events, presentations, and conferences.
* Assist with reporting, data analysis, and other administrative projects as required.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment coordination.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Comfortable using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
