About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Blue-Collar Resourcer
to support our busy
Construction & Trades recruitment desk
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.
You will work closely with a full-time Recruiter, sourcing and engaging blue-collar candidates across the construction sector while learning the full recruitment lifecycle. This position offers a

Key Responsibilities
* Source blue-collar candidates for construction roles (e.g. general operatives, skilled trades, labourers, plant operators)
* Proactively search CV databases, job boards, and social platforms
* Conduct initial candidate screening calls
* Register candidates and verify work eligibility, tickets, and experience
* Coordinate interviews and site start dates
* Maintain accurate candidate records on the CRM system
* Build strong relationships with candidates through regular communication
* Support the Recruiter with day-to-day recruitment administration
* Learn client requirements and job specifications over time
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in recruitment, construction, or blue-collar industries
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Confident using phones, email, and basic IT systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment
* Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or construction experience is an advantage (but not essential)
