We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant/Secretary for an Embassy based in the South East Dublin area.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Secretary)
Location: South East Dublin area
Contract type: 9am to 3pm (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the Mission including diary management, meeting co-ordination and logistics.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the Embassy and between the Ambassador and external individuals, government departments, diplomatic missions and organisations.
* Draft, proofread and manage official correspondence, speeches, reports and briefing materials in a clear and diplomatic tone.
* Help to organize diplomatic events, receptions and cultural engagements hosted by the Ambassador or the Embassy.
Candidate Profile:
* A bachelor’s degree
* Fluency in English is essential
* Excellent communications skills
* Excellent computer skills, ICDL, Microsoft Office
* Experience working in the Middle East or with Governments/Politicians would be useful
* Min 3-4 years previous PA/Administrative experience
* Salary is €26000
