Featuring a variety of eclectic, well-executed menus, they now seek a talented and creative Sous Chef to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of this very busy kitchen (can do up to 300 for dinner) and the delivery of a top-class food offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service.
Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Assist in menu development, bringing creativity and awareness of food trends.
Ensure HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs to achieve their potential.
Candidate Attributes:
Minimum 3years' experience as Sous Chef with steady background in high-volume, quality restaurants.
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Passionate about food, flavours, and global culinary trends.
Calm under pressure, with excellent organisational skills.
Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
