Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Project Support Coordinator.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and processing of delivery dockets and invoices via our GRN app.
Additionally, you will work closely with project teams and site personnel to resolve ongoing issues and establish effective processes for collecting and processing GRNs.
Your attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
* Construction industry experience is an advantage
* Dynamics 365 experience is desirable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
