Job Description
Circle K is seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and be able to lead a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will work on a 40-hour weekly contract, be fully flexible to work throughout the week, and enjoy great perks such as competitive salary, discounted fuel, free coffee and snacks during shifts, permanent contracts with guaranteed hours, and 20 days holidays per year pro rata.
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for a Circle K store and making it easy for customers and teams
* Coaching, training, and leading people
* Championing a world-class customer experience in store
* Merchandising in the store
* Preparing food and coffee
* Cleaning throughout the store
* Generating sales leads for the fuel card team
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience
* Proven track record of consistently delivering results
* Demonstrating and leading the team to deliver high levels of customer service
* Strives to achieve and surpass goals and expectations with a high sense of urgency
* Takes ownership for personal success
* Demonstrates a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility
* IT literate
* Strong leadership skills
