* Client Service and Inquiry Resolution
The ideal candidate will proactively manage and resolve client inquiries, ensuring accurate responses adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and global compliance standards.
* Issue Escalation
This involves identifying, escalating, and managing urgent client issues, potential operational risks, or events while maintaining clear communication for effective resolution.
* Presentation Analysis Improvement
The specialist contributes to analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service metrics, identifying the root causes of recurring issues, participating in initiatives for enhanced service delivery & satisfaction.
The job requires knowledge & experience with settlement products & international markets for informed guidance & support to clients.
