Sales Director Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished sales professional to spearhead our educational resources division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive growth in the educational sector, identify new opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Foster lasting relationships with schools, key stakeholders, and serve as primary point of contact while maintaining high prospecting activity.
* Analyze market trends, monitor industry developments, and pinpoint opportunities for new products, services, and partnerships.
* Meet sales targets, craft tailored proposals, and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams on aligned strategies and lead a small business development team.
* Track key metrics, gather feedback, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an asset. 7-10 years of experience in sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or educational resources sector. Proven ability to build and nurture relationships. Strong commercial skills with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets. Understanding of the Irish education system, market dynamics, and key players in the education sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
