Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Social Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deputising in the absence of the Residential Service Manager and assisting with the overall management of residential locations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Deputise as required in the absence of the Residential Service Manager
2. Assist with managing residential locations delivering high-quality person-centred care in line with HIQA standards
3. Promote quality assurance within your location and maintain effective relationships with families and agencies
4. Liaise with staff to ensure efficient day-to-day management of locations
The ideal candidate will have a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent) plus Coru registration, along with significant experience working with people with intellectual disabilities.,
