ambitious Project Manager or Project Engineer
to join their team.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Production & Project Management, you will take ownership of delivering
automation and full-line projects
from order confirmation to installation at the customer's site.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across fabrication, build, electrical wiring, programming, and commissioning, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Own project scope, schedule, and budget from initiation to SAT.
Manage complex projects involving mechanical, electrical, and software work packages.
Coordinate design, fabrication, assembly, wiring, and commissioning teams.
Lead FAT & SAT processes, ensuring full compliance with user requirements.
Maintain proactive communication with customers, managing expectations and resolving issues.
Prepare progress and final reports for internal and client use.
Ensure all solution documentation meets specification requirements.
Support customer testing requirements, including sample delivery coordination.
Essential Requirements
3+ years' experience in project delivery (Project Engineer / Project Manager).
Proven track record delivering projects involving manufacturing equipment (packaging, automation, etc.).
Strong client relationship management skills.
Experience managing complex, multi-discipline projects.
Engineering degree and ERP system experience.
Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years' experience in Pharma or Food industries.
Background in automation or machine building.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical validation requirements (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, FDS, RTM).
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
