Associate Director, Employee Relations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the world of employee relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law, including performance management, investigations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, reorganizations, and complex leaves of absence.

As a key member of our global ER team, you will work closely with other internationally based ER Partners to deliver broad scope ER support in 38+ countries as a centre of excellence within a multi-tiered HR delivery model.

This role is based autonomously in Ireland and will be responsible for providing core ER support to the Ireland affiliates in Cork and Dublin as well as certain locations in Europe and the Middle East.

You will have the opportunity to travel regularly to our International Hub office and work closely with other members of the HR team, the Legal team, and other internal clients.
">
We are looking for someone with a strong background in employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment and provide strategic advice.
