Job Overview
The Senior HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of HR in implementing strategic human resources initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures, performance management, absence management, and conflict resolution.
* Advise managers on employment law, internal policies, and best practices to ensure fair and consistent decision-making.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles, from job scoping and advertising to interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding processes.
