Maintenance Administrator We are recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to work within our growing team. The role will help you gain valuable experience working within a vibrant team environment across a diverse range of projects. You will be based in our office. Essential Duties and responsibilities Monitor Emails and deal with queries and requests as they arise. Set up new customers, contracts, suppliers and subcontractors using our service software package. Scheduling and arranging service tasks including, maintenance visits, emergency callouts and service repairs for multiple disciplines. Communicate with customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure prompt and efficient service. Maintaining customer, engineers and site records, and ensuring all sites are furnished with necessary documentation including health and safety records. Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers, tracking the delivery of services and reporting of such. Reviewing engineer's reports and issuing to customers in a timely matter. Raising invoices, credit notes and quotations to customers, working closely with the accounts team to follow up on accounts queries, overdue payments and setting up of new accounts. Carrying out credit control duties Keep track and update records of individual job progressions and account matters pertaining to each job. Ad hoc duties as required. Knowledge and skills Excellent PC literacy advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and diplomacy skills. Strong Administration experience, with ability to multitask and work under pressure. Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team. Enthusiastic and flexible, with Pride in the quality and presentation of work. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Desirable Experience in the construction or engineering industry. Full -Time Position Salary is dependent on experience. Position based in office Working Time approx. 39 hours per week.
