OverviewOn behalf of our client, we are hiring an Area Sales Manager for the Munster region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales in your area, focusing on the extensive range of products for the industrial and engineering sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.Conduct regular visits to customer to understand their needs and provide solutions.Prepare and present customer specific ranging opportunities to the current and prospective customers.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the industrial or engineering sectors.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Valid full clean driver's license and willingness to travel within the West of Ireland.Preferred product knowledge required:Professional power toolsHand toolsEngineering products (e.g., cutting tools, abrasives)
