Job Role: Site Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee site operations and ensure high-quality project delivery on a landmark mixed-use development in County Roscommon.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing site operations, including setting out, levelling and surveying.
* Overseeing quality control and health & safety matters on site.
* Assisting in the planning and coordination of site works.
* Liaising with subcontractors, design teams, and site management.
* Maintaining accurate site records and progress reporting.
* Ensuring project delivery meets programme, budget and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 13 years experience in a site engineering role, ideally within residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects in Ireland Strong technical and setting out skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a project team.
