We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Social Care Worker.


Job Description

The role of the Social Care Worker is to provide high-quality person-centred care to residents with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and acquired brain injuries. Our goal is to create a home-like environment where residents can engage in social, religious, and recreational activities while remaining connected to their loved ones.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in residential, respite, or day service settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities. They will be CORU registered or in the process of registration.


Requirements

1. Hold a qualification at level 7 on the National Framework Qualifications in social care, social work, youth work, teaching, nursing, childcare with disability modules, or other relevant disciplines.
2. Have a minimum of [insert experience] years of experience working in a similar setting.
